Quote requests

When you send a quote request, we process the data you provide: company name, your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your website address and your message. The data is used to prepare the quote and to communicate with you. The legal basis for processing is the preparation of a contract at your request and Lumeton's legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

The quote request is delivered by email to Lumeton's contact person. A copy of the submission remains on the website server for 30 days so that the message is not lost in an email outage. In email and customer records, the data is retained for the duration of the quote and the customer relationship, and a quote that does not lead to a contract is deleted after no more than 12 months.

The form has spam protection that does not use an external service and does not identify a person.

Cookies and measurement

Without consent, the site sets only a necessary cookie that stores your cookie choice (snowetic_suostumus, 182 days). Cookies and services used for statistics and advertising measurement are enabled only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Before you accept, the site sends no requests to statistics or advertising services. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Statistics: statistics on site usage with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). The data shows which pages are opened, which channel the visitor came from and whether a quote request was sent.

Marketing: advertising measurement in which a quote request is recorded as a conversion in the advertising channels the visitor came from, for example Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited). A quote request from a visitor who declined is not recorded in advertising channels. The services used in measurement are listed in the cookie settings, and the list is updated when services are added or removed.

Proof of your consent choice is stored on the server: the choice identifier, timestamp, accepted categories and the version of the cookie banner. The proof is retained for 400 days. The IP address is not stored in the proof.

Server logs and technical platform

The site runs on the Cloudflare platform. Cloudflare processes technical data about requests, such as the IP address, to ensure security and the functioning of the service, in accordance with its own terms. Lumeton does not collect personal data from server logs for any other use.

Fonts, images and the site's own scripts are loaded from the same site, not from external services.

Recipients of data

Quote request emails and customer records are processed in Lumeton's Google Workspace account (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, processing in the EU). The website platform is Cloudflare, Inc. The statistics and advertising services used with consent process data under their own terms, and transfers outside the EU are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Data is not disclosed to anyone else.

Snowetic products

This notice applies to the snowetic.fi website. Processing in the Snowetic products is agreed in the data processing agreement of the subscription, and the products' subprocessors are listed on the subprocessor page. The check tool of Snowetic Consent and Snowetic Guard analyzes the traffic capture in your browser, and neither the capture nor the report is sent to Snowetic.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to request rectification or erasure of the data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent in the cookie settings.
